The ham comes from the hind limbs of the Iberian pig. It is a thin leg product with valuable and juicy characteristics. It has a pinkish hue inside with a great presence of intramuscular marbled fat that provides an explosion of pleasant flavors for the palate, combined with the great aroma it gives off. On the outside, the dark golden color of the soft aged fat predominates that sinks easily to the touch. The minimum time that corresponds from the birth of the Iberian pig to the disposition of the product is 3 years.
